Pete, just imagine you docked your ICQ window to the right of the screen. In this case, whatever else you maximize on your screen, it will never overlap your ICQ window. This is exactly what I'm trying to achieve within my application , except that I don't want users to be able to undock or close this window. Hope this cleared it up a bit ;-)
