Dear Experts,
I have the below command which i use to transfer user files to another location on the network. With switch /d it is supposed to copy all Source files that are newer than existing Destination file but it copies all files again. Please could someone check the command for errors why it is copying all files again.

xcopy /s /c /y /r /e /d \\ssljgn\c$\docume~1\njoroge\mydocu~1\*.* I:\data\computer\ssljgn /exclude:data.txt

Best Regards
