> I gave that a try, but it seems that the OCX does not allow any modification to its behavior. If you leave the field blank, it automatically inserts the system date. One might want to create a VFP form with the Monthview control on it and place a small button next to a native textbox with a date format. The button loads the vfp form with the monthview control and returns the selected date into the textbox. Just a thought.

I still like the idea of writting your own avtiveX control...maybe i will assign that task to Eric...lol
