Here we go using my Algebra 30 years ago (LOL)

15A + 15B = Full
20A + 12B = Full

So after using substitution, I can derive:

A = (Full - 15B) / 15

Substitute the value of A in 20A + 12B = Full, you will get:

24B = Full or
B = Full / 24

Then substitute B in the formula 20A + 12B = Full, you will get:

40A = Full

So it will take 40 hours to Tap A to fill the pool on its own, while it will take only 24 hours for Tap B to fill it.
