Steve when you install the Activex you also install the Shockwave Flash Object.

This is found in c:\windows\system32\Macromed\Flash.Flash8b.ocx on my computer. Your version may be different and may be Flash9b.ocx.

Nevertheless this is the component you need to "Insert Object" on your form to make it work. Both the Factory and the Shockwave are rinto one Acvtivex but have different entry points.

Once you have inserted the Flash as an Activec(OLE Control) NOT an Activex Bound control you will see it as a black rectangle on your form. Then you can set its properties and call its methods.

Search for "Flash Bernard" here in the forum and you will find some sample code I uploaded earlier.
