Try
DEFINE xlWorkbookNormal -4143
oXlWorkbook.SaveAs(path\filkename, xlWorkbookNormal)
OR
oXl.workBook.Activesheet.SaveAS(path\filename, xlWorkbookNormal)

You can get a list of the constants in by dragging the Constants node from the Excel class you open in VFP's Objct Browser.
