So I was wrong and you do not want to share the PJX file among developers but want to use it at runtime for the end users?
If so, better build an EXE file from your project. That EXE will contain all PRGs, SCX, VCX, FRX files, and so on.
The users can start it by duoble clicking the file or a desktop shortcut. See also "Distributing Applications" in help.
