Are the times in DateTime columns (which are easy to compute) or Char type columns? There's no Time data type in VFP.

Is every row a different task than the preceding row, timewise? Can the same task resume after a break?

Are the task neatly numbered 1,2,3 like you show?

What is he Primary Key of the table?
