Hi,
You have something in your code causing this problem as if I create a new form and set it as a Top-Level-Form and put a command button in it to call a second form I created and set it as In-Top-Level-Form . . .
Closing the second form does not close the first form.
Look through you form methods and try and see if you got something causing your behaviour.
