How do I access the bottom of the full page on the Form Designer, since it displays only portions of the whole screen at a time? The only way I know to move the page up, in order to work at the bottom is by dragging the blue form caption bar. But this prevents me from getting it all the way up, because it is blocked by the standard tool bars and the foxpro logo, plus the amount lost at the screen bottom by the task bar. (I have no trouble with side-to-side, but haven't yet figured the vertical navigation.)

It sounds like you have your from design area set to 640 X 480.
Go to Tools / Options / Forms and set the Maximum Design Area to 800 x 600.
Then click on the "Set as default" button.
