Hello Bernie,

I think you'll like the Foxite Links section (there is a link on top of this page). There are several links to online resources, books. You can also take a look at the FAQ section. In the faq index, choose "AA_introduction" in the left frame, "New To VFP? - Read this" in the middle frame. In the right frame you'll see various hot topics for VFP beginners.

And like Boudewijn stated: there is always a Foxite Visitor available in The Home Of The Visual FoxPro Experts.
