Sytze,

The very same way. Start by creating your own base grid class. Go to your VFP project's Classes tab and click "New", Give it a name (one that will follow your naming convention) like BaseGrid (or what ever), select "Grid" from the dropdown, and store it in your "Base.VCX" file (or what ever you called it.) This will pop up a grid. Save it and you have your own grid class. You can add your own functionality to it as you need. Sub-class your base class and add more functionality. What are you trying to accomplish?
