Hi Surinder,

CREATE CURSOR tmpcur(cname c(10),amount n(11,2) null)

SET NULLDISPLAY TO " "
* SET NULLDISPLAY TO "0"

INSERT INTO tmpcur value( "Samir",10000)
INSERT INTO tmpcur value( "Surinder",0)
INSERT INTO tmpcur value( "Mostapha",null)

thisform.grid2.RecordSource="tmpcur"
thisform.grid2.Columns(2).Format = "Z"

Test it once with NullDisplay to " " and once with 0
