Jun, you are so right.

Software development tools are so complex that better functionality isn't enough. You need
a community to keep the tool alive in the marketplace.

The so-called ancient VFP gurus got this community started with their series of
Hentzenwerke reference guides. And now Foxite and other forums are carrying the ball forward.

The interesting thing is that the experts don't realize how much they really
know — until somebody poses questions to them.
