thisform.grid1.column1.DynamicCurrentControl="iif(!EMPTY(yourtable.yourtext),'container','text')"

And for point 2, you can try to set "Sparse" to .T. for that column.

I haven't try all these, but I guess it should work,


Actually, in order for DynamicCurrentControl to work, you must set the Column's Sparse property to .F.
