hope its not too late...

the macro substitution "&" is very powerful...

you can use it to simulate VFP commands...

just use a textbox to capture the commands...

then use this code...

*---
_command = textbox.value
&_command
*---

then it will execute the command u entered in the textbox...
just add the error trapping for invalid commands...
