I don't know what's in your DisplayVal function, but that shouldn't matter. If you only want to print the field if Rpjpik.fqty_iss is not zero, then the expression in the Print When condition should work. You might try adding a textbox right next to this one that has Rpjpik.fqty_iss as its expression to see what the value of that field is.
