Are your forms and textboxes based on the VFP base classes or are they based on subclasses of the base classes?

If they are based on subclasses, just go the form subclass they are based on and add the code there.

Otherwise, open up the class browser and subclass the VFP base form and put your code in that. Then open up each of your other forms in the browser and redefine their parent class to your new class.

And, I guess you do want to put that code in your form as opposed to textbox class, because if you put it in the textbox you wouldn't be able to enter data in a new record.

Good luck,
Jim
