On each column I assigned a command button making the entire grid populated with command buttons depending on the number of records the cursor has. Now my question is, how can I disable a particular button in any cells of the grid? For example, when I clicked a particular button I want that button to be disabled.

You could have 4 logical fields in your cursor to denote if the corresponding command button is enabled or disabled. then have 2 command buttons for each control 1 enabled, 1 disabled. use the DynamicCurrentcontrol property to set the current control to the enabled / disabled button. I have not tested this so i dont know if it works
