thanks for your prompt reply.
I have fixed the controlsource as per your advice but now am geting the following error:

OLE IDispatch Exeception code 0 fro DTPicker. A date was specified that does not fall with MinDate and MaxDate properties. Unbinding objects dcals1....

Please i will appreciate your assistance.
