I have still not created a project but I will do so when I need to create an EXE, in such a situation is it possible to include the DBC/T/X into the EXE and thus only this EXE needs to be distributed?

It would do. However I don't see a reason to do such a thing. Why would one ever want to keep connection information in a DBC (included in exe or not). Storing an encrypted connection string wouldn't be any different (and do that only if you want to hardcode connection information).
