I have still not created a project but I will do so when I need to create an EXE, in such a situation is it possible to include the DBC/T/X into the EXE and thus only this EXE needs to be distributed?

As Cetin said, you can create a connection with SQLSTRINGCONNECT. In case you need a database if you are using views, you can also create a temporary one and delete it at the end, if including in the executable does not work.
