So my app means to install this writer as well because I can't guarantee that all users have an app writer or I can't tell them to use a certain writer so I have to make my own and install it with the main program.Any idea???

How would you install your app writer if you were doing it manually? In the Inno Setup [Code] section you could possibly use a ShellExec function to do the same thing. Look up ShellExec in the Inno Setup Help file for syntax, etc.
