> If you define a vertical line to start just at the very bottom of a page header .. and then end it just barely into the page footer .. it will stretch through your entire report. However .. I think you are really asking for more than vertical lines stretched through the page. The same you show also has horizontal lines representing "empty" lines that are filled in. To accomplish that you will have to build a cursor that contains dummy empty records to fill the page with the exact number you want.

I have decided to drop the horizontal lines + dummy records and followed your suggestion. Works great!
