Thank you. I have learned a lot from both FWS and WWC and have credited them in many places as providing some very valuable ideas to the community.
If they had simply gone with a vfp mtdll as the base technology, I probably would have just went with one of them instead of rolling a new one...but using a vfp mtdll has too many advantages to ignore and brings VFP into serious competition with C# and especially PHP on Windows.

> Hi Claude.
> Absolutely i will, AVFP has come a long way to be a stable and reliable tool, i admire your resolute, i salute you for that and like i said in this thread i honestly do appriciate you, your efforts and encouraging words. To many of us AVFP was not and is not only a tool, but a hope and believe, that things are not as bad as we are told, that we can still hangon visual foxpro a while longer . And i for one went your way .

> Of Course AVFP has an edge over others. For starters it very easy to setup [following your 10 steps],easy to implement cause the basics are there, all one has to is, to add new or edit existing functions in the main file, one is not required to own a copy of VFP. AVFP site can cheaply be hosted, it's absolutely free, it has community support...the list goes on. I dedicated a website for nothing but AVFP Acitve vfp and am using it for running some tests too, it's over a year now.
