I don't think this is possible. When you open up Word, you can look at the menu and find that Ctrl+S is defined as a menu shortcut for File->Save, but no such menu shortcut exists for File->Save As.

Why are you using the web browser to modify a Word document? You can use Word automation with far greater ease and control.
