You might be able to send HPCL escape codes to an HP laser printer - but that was a long time ago and I can't remember how.

Perhaps it's time to rewrite the reports in VFP? Your DOS Fox program will probably run in VFP with minor changes and you can change the reports as and when you get the time.

I'm working on a VFP8 app at the moment. It's been "migrated" to VFP but all the printing is still done by "SET DEVICE TO PRINT" and lots of ? and ?? commands. It's awful. But it works.
