Maybe you are talking about the DisabledBackColor of Listbox which is set to RGB(255,255,255) as default? Then on PEM window, change it to match the textbox's RGB(236,233,216).

However, that will affect only the disabledbackcolor of items in the listbox so if it is not full to the bottom, then the empty space where no list items are will still be white.
