> Before you endorse your product, please provide visual presentation like website. That is the way you market your product. You must show the customer about product features, contacts, company profile, services you offer, and so on. Explain the advantage of your product over the competitors and lastly, you must provide good services to your current customer because they are the one who could help you endorse your product to other users. They are the one who could judge the quality of your product.

I agree with you on those points Criz. :-)

I remember one time that I had to make visual presentations like flow-chart, advantage and disadvantages of my programs compared to others... and even point my customer to my existing website just to prove that we are an existing company that offers reliable services.

The customer was really enticed by the other company that offers enrollment and payroll system and I thought we would lose the contract. But we were surprised that my presentations got their attention and changed their mind and gave the contract to us. :-)
