You must show the customer about product features, contacts, company profile, services you offer, and so on. Explain the advantage of your product over the competitors and lastly, you must provide good services to your current customer because they are the one who could help you endorse your product to other users. They are the one who could judge the quality of your product.

The visual presentation is very important to the customer. If I were the customer and you show me a poorly developed website, I will be losing interest to your product. You must impress the customer. As saying: "First impressions last". ;-)

Good to hear that from you Glen. Just maintain a good relationship to your customer. :-)
