Jun,
VFP's own MD or MKDIR would work for multiple levels of folders, if you provide that as a name expression. However, both VFP's MD and your MKDIRS() doesn't take into account UNC folder names. ie: \\MyServer\MyShare\Folder 1\Folder 2
