I'm thinking of a backup file, is that what you want? you can create another table in your VFP and set it as your achieve file where in all your data will be stored from the start of your business / company until what data you want.

Hi , Angelo. Happy New Year, Yes I know there's available database in VFP. I'm writing a program for payroll system and this system, I like to connect this in SSS program for that uses Ms Access. By this module, all records in particular table should be deleted first for security purpose and add all records from query using VFP in MS Access.
