Can anyone offer any tips on getting multiple detail bands to work with a SQL Server database where the data is being accessed via remote views? Obviously, you can't set a relationship onto an unindexed remote view. I am thinking that I might need to have a function, called from each detail band's target alias expression, which extracts data into a temporary table and sets a relation to this.

Does anyone have any experience of getting multiple detail bands to work with SQL?

Thanks in anticipation
