Try this:
Download MySQL Community Server 5.1.57 from http://www.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.1.html#downloads
Download MySQL GUI Tools Bundle 5.0 r17 from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html
Follow the steps from http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/upgrading-from-previous-series.html
