Of course. Use the CREATE TABLE in a command you send from VFP to MySQL and create a table like your DBF.
Then fill it with data from by way of a remote view, or a CursorAdapter, or row by row with SQLEXEC().
You can also make a comma-delimited textfile or an XML file in VFP and make MySQL import from any of those.
