I haven't heard anything about some editions of Word 2010 not supporting Automation, so I assume they all do.

So what are the symptoms you're seeing? Errors? Something else?

Any chance that the users with Word 2010 have also moved to Vista or Win7 and what you're actually seeing is files not landing up where you expect them to because of UAC?
