Assuming the app and the data reside on a centralized server, you could continue using same program by setting up an RDC/RDP (Remote Desktop Connection/Protocol) and have the app opened with almost any mobile devices (including android/iPad) through the Remote Desktop Connection set-up:
- Google for more info on RDC and/or RDProtocol
