Seems not a good decision to provide password bypass. But hey that is up to you. Anyway, you can pass parameters at the topmost prg with something like this:

MAIN.PRG
LPARAMETERS cParam

If empty(cParam)
   DO FORM GetPassword
else
   IF alltrim(upper(cParam)) = "/BYPASS"
      DO FORM Main
   ELSE
      QUIT
   ENDIF
endif

On your shortcut, right-click, properties and on your target file place something like this for those password bypass: yourapp.exe /bypass

Not tested on your need!
