Some trading companies here now require their field sales/marketing personnel to input orders themselves using their own tablets/smartphones (most average working persons own a Blackberry or at least a 4" Android, thanks to Facebook and Indonesian USA-Today :-) ), thereby saving on back-office hardware and personnel expenses. That's the trend. Restaurants have waiters do same

Exciting trend, and I hope Belize goes in that direction soon enough. Do you develop using the PSG SDK and Appery.io platforms? I've always wanted to do something with this but was afraid I didn't have the time to get into a new language to develop in java or something else other than VFP for example. I've done an app that ran on a Windows DELL tablet using the WiFi to connect to a local server that ran my VFP app and SQL server data on a local server, but that's limited to to Windows still. This is new and exciting to me. I'm still reading through this as we speak. Thanks.
