Hello,

I would use a commandline tool to extract the text, see :
http://www.a-pdf.com/text/cmd.htm
http://www.verypdf.com/app/pdf-to-txt-converter/index.html
I remember a tool from glyph pdt2text but cannot find it.

You may have to use -Layout or -format options to get the table-layout.
Then you can read the text, analyse it and put it to excel.

The pdf must contain text information, otherwise you must use an ocr (finereader,..) or a combined product :
