Carmen is correct in that the solution is to have a PRINT WHEN condition that only shows the form items when you are previewing. The condition you want to use in that PRINT WHEN is NOT WEXIST('Printing...'). As far as getting the pre-printed item into your report, there are a couple of techniques. One is to use an image, if you can size it correctly so that things are lined up the same way in the prevew as they'll line up on the form. The other option is to re-create the form in VFP with lines and shapes. I've done this for US W-2 forms and 1099 forms.
