> Go day to you all out there. Please how do I specify the picture/image source for a picture/image control in a report form when the image is stored in a memo binary field. When I specify the memo field's name, I get the error message "Invalid path or file name". I do not want to use General field. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

First off I would not use memo binary fields either.
I always suggest and most other developers in this forum will advise you
to consider storing your image files in a sub-folder under your project
folder hierarchy and possibly name this folder "Images".
The use something like a character field long enough to reference the
full path to your images including the image names.
ie: Something like a character field 128 characters long as an example.

On any report or form you can then drop a stock VFP image control and
point it to the Images folder and image you want to have displayed
in the report or on any form.

This keeps all your images available for reviewing in Windows Explorer
and minimizes table bloat as you do not store the images into some table
field.

Does this make some sense to you?
