Even the copyright could expire after a certain priod, no one could claim copyright forever. Who knows when that EXE was compiled since there is no any claim?
Who could prove he/she is the owner for the EXE since no owner or company name is specified in that EXE? Since no one could prove he/she is the owner, who else could claim the copyright and then has the minimum rights in raising a lawsuit?
I always claim copyrights in my EXEs, and then could seek legal resources if I want to counter any decompilation. But I would never try to sue someone who decompiled my EXE in which I have never claimed rights. I ware that without solid eveidence, there will be trouble. The nature for unclaimed copyright case is that it is yours if you have claimed, otherwise, all's.

Even MICROSOFT is commiting severe crimes by supplying internet censor software packages to those totalitarian states, such as North Korea, Cuba, China, etc, and thus becoming an accomplice in political persecution there. Such crimes are committed when MICROSOFT is very aware the subsquense. Others, like SUN,CISCO are commiting the same crimes as MICROSOFT in this regard.

Since they are commiting crimes by themselves, they should not be protected. Their so-called copyrights are also open for question.

But by no means could you assume I am hacker or its like. I already specifies the very fact that there is no author or copyright claim specified in that EXE. In addition, the EXE is from my employer.

My advise is that let's boycot those criminal companies such as MICROSOFT, SUN, CISCO to educate them that money should not be put above justice.
