You are wrong in using "steal code". You would have been sued for defamation.

You mentioned EULA. What is EULA and where is it? You know it well by yourself. EULA is shipped with the software whose copyright is claimed by it. I already mentioned that there was no owner or copyrights claimed with the EXE I need to decompile, which means that there is no EULA or FULA compiled with it.

There is no legal responsibility for protecting or abiding by the copyrgiht for it since there is no such a right claimed. Decompling such an EXE is not against copyright laws.

Then you may restore to morality standards. I had tried to locate the author of the EXE, but in vain since there is no trace left in that EXE. I never intend to rob someone else, as you suspected. Any question about morality should not be raised.

The fact that its author does not attach an EULA with that EXE could be assumed that he/she has no calim of its copyrights and assumed that he/she would not be undermined by deserting its copyrights. Decompiling the EXE could supply its code and would be a good teaching material for me. Then, the action of decompiling the EXE does not bring negative impact since its author has nothing to lose and I could get a good learniung chance. Then, decompiling the EXE is a perfect option.

I do not agree with your suggestion that MICROSOFT, SUN or CISCO should be protected, rather I beleive they should be punished for their anti-human crimes of supplying internet censorship packages to those totalitarian states. Anyway, they have already thrown away notion of legality or morality. Then why should we protect them? Noway.

Come on, why do not you condemn such anti-human crimes? You are the one who close 2 eyes towards those real and severe anti-human crimes, and the one who is anxious to brand another person with "steal".

Without the notion of serving justice, even the highest level of expertise is a waste. Could not MICROSFOT and its alike's crimes be able to teach us such a lesson?

Goo Koo
