If you include the reports in your EXE, they will be there when you recompile the project. You can update your client's reports by simply copying the new EXE to the client computer. While this sounds wonderful, remember that if you spend a lot of time modifying and customizing reports, you may not want to have to recompile every time. You might just want to send a new copy of that one report to that one client.

The down side of including the reports is that you might find yourself with printer driver issues. The printer info is stored with the report. If you have a wide variety of printers (and therefore drivers) you may want to have a set of reports for each printer or you may want to hack the report file.

In short, the only answer to "Do I include my reports?" "It depends ..."
