Declare a variable before running the report:
lnPrintedStatus = 0
REPORT FORM ... TO PRINTER PROMPT PREVIEW
DO CASE
   CASE lnPrintedStatus = 1
        *** User only previewed the report
   CASE lnPrintedStatus = 2
        *** User was send the report to spooler
ENDCASE

In On Enter event of detail band put:

_VFP.SetVar([lnPrintedStatus],lnPrintedStatus = SYS(2040))
