If printing can be done from within MS Word, then you could use Word Automation and, specifically, Printout() and/or Sendkeys() commands. One of the way to learn how to do it is to record a macro in MS WOrd, and then translate the macro to VFP.

> Hello again everyone. I am once again returning to the learning tree to see if anyone can give me some advice on which direction to take a project. I need to know if there is a way to print a form designed through microsoft word through visual foxpro 6.0 and also use data from visual foxpro on the form. I know that I can do these things with a mail merge, but I don't want the user to have to intervene for the program to work. I was just wandering if there was anything that I needed to do for the word document to ensure that the correct data prints out on it(if this can be done) or if there is any special procedures I would need through Foxpro. I would really appreciate any help that you can give me
