Hi David

1. Your operating system is Win 95/98, Win NT?
2. have a look at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q103/6/45.asp
3.Set printer to name \\server\printer etc only supported in Win Nt

4.Set printer to getprinter(), followed by REPORT FORM netsales TO PRINTER ... etc, should work. If not what errors or what is happening.

5. Try as an alternative :-
Report form myreport to printer prompt preview.
This is not in accordance with VFP HElP but does work. Allows preview and select of any one of the installed printers.

6. Do U have a network connection to the printer?

HTH

Ryss
