Did you read my note? I will repeat: Note that putting a file in the root of C: may not be allowed on newer Windows versions!

In other words, put the file for instance in c:\temp.

It may also be necessary to change lpt1: into prn:, lpt2: or some other value. You must test this yourself.

One last note: Make sure that the printer actually is connected to prn, lpt1, lpt2 or another port in the printer setup.

There's a fine line between helping and adding to the confusion.
