Another possibility is the use the For clause, but loosing the page numbering.

Read from the report designer the number of rows / page.
Using this number, calculate the number of records / page.
Determine the row number which the second page begins (lnStart) and the row number which the tenth page ends (lnStop).
Use the FOR clause (REPORT FORM... FOR BETWEEN(RECNO(),lnStart,lnStop))
